Evaluations will mail an updated curriculum sheet/Add-on evaluation to the student 6-8 weeks after transcripts have been received from the host campus. This evaluation will indicate how the courses taken at the host campus apply toward the student's graduation requirements.

International Programs (through the Chancellor's Office)

Students may obtain applications and additional information from the International Education & Programs Office. The IEP Office can be reached for application information, deadlines and further questions at (805) 756-1477 in Bldg. 38, Room 108.

Participating students pay fees to Cal State Long Beach and earn resident academic credit at their home campus.

Course work and grades will be sent from the host campus to the Chancellor's Office who will translate the work over to Cal Poly classes. This information will be forwarded to the Cal Poly Records Office where the course work will be added to the students permanent Cal Poly transcript. This process can take up to one year to complete.

Approximately 6-8 weeks after the new coursework has been added to the Cal Poly transcripts, Evaluations will send an Add-on evaluation to the student indicating how the courses were applied to graduation requirements.

The contact at the Chancellor's Office is Christy L. Robinson, Academic Services Administrator of the International Programs Division, at 562-951-4785.
