Maximum Units
During the Registration Rotation Period, students are allowed to register for 16 units.
After the Registration Rotation Period, the MAXIMUM UNITS increase to 22 units.
If needing to enroll in OVER THE MAXimum amount of units:
If a student wishes to enroll in more than the maximum number of units allowed, permission must be obtained from the major advisor or department head. An Excess Unit Request Form can be obtained from the Records Office and must be submitted before the deadline to add classes. Academic Records will process the form as soon as it is received to facilitate the student's enrollment in the additional class(es)/unit(s). The student may then add the approved excess units using CPReg.
